My experience with ARAS promotions has been nothing short of AMAZING.  I worked in my previous role on the distributor side and this is how I was originally introduced to Sara and her great team.  When I took over the position of State Sales Manager in Wisconsin, I immediately knew that I needed to get her team involved with samplings and on-premise events for all of my brands.  What is so amazing about ARAS? It’s hard to know where to begin, but one of the key differences and something that many overlook is their website and supplier portal. I get access to all of my demos that are scheduled, I am able to see what ambassador is assigned to each event, and I get detailed recaps within 24 hours of the event so that I know immediately what is working and what is not.  Sara has been able to personalize my portal so that I can easily update reports that go to my company. In addition to this, her team of ambassadors is second to none. There are a lot of retailers and on-premise accounts that give you the dreaded eye roll when you mention sending in a brand ambassador given past negative experiences. Once I assure these accounts that I work with ARAS and they send only the best, we’re able to overcome that concern.  ARAS is also incredibly flexible. They ask for very reasonable notice for their events, but in the event that something comes up with late notice, they will bend over backwards to try and accommodate the request. In addition to Sara, there is a team network of amazing people. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and energy that Dawn, Amanda, Tara, and Jeanette bring to their job. I honestly look forward to the few times a year that we are able to carve time out of our schedules and catch up over lunch.  In addition to Wisconsin, I manage Minnesota and Illinois. Thanks to some recent changes, I have been able to begin utilizing ARAS in these markets as well. I’m looking forward to showing some of these accounts who aren’t accustomed to the “ARAS Experience” what it’s all about!
