After years in the liquor industry and doing promotional events, I noticed Wisconsin needed a quality agency. Now, almost 20 years later, Aras serves not just Wisconsin but also Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and South Dakota.
I've recently taken the leap to acquire another well-respected promotional staffing agency in the Southeast. We are now officially serving North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.
Owning Aras has been a whirlwind adventure that I would never change! I have worked hard, laughed hard, and met tons of unique ambassadors. I’ve made amazing connections/clients, and most importantly, enjoyed coming to work every single day. The intense work I have put into this company has been recognized by earning the Certified Women-Owned Business designation.
I'm also a wife and mom to 3 boys. We love to vacation, swim, and be outdoors. When I have any more time, I enjoy working out, shopping online, wine, and watching my husband cook. (I've always made a better bartender than cook)

I started as a brand ambassador for Sara in 2007. In the fall of 2013, I was brought on full-time and have been loving it ever since!
We have a solid team and the most thoughtful boss ever! Each person at Aras excels at something different, which makes our office effective and efficient. We have the best customers who keep us going and motivated.
I love pool days in the summer with my family or having friends over for a cookout—the simple things.

My journey with Aras began in 2016 as a Brand Ambassador, which led me to fall in love with the industry and never look back. I managed a territory for 5 years, which gave me invaluable tools and opportunities to learn. Eager to learn more, I now enjoy working with Clients on a new level through Programs and Portfolio Management.
The culture and fast pace are such rewarding aspects of being part of the Aras Team. It is essential to enjoy what you do, and this, for me, is so rewarding!
I'm a busy mom to 3 kids who keep me on my toes. We are your typical small-town Wisconsin outdoorsy family and wouldn't change it for the world, enjoying life to its fullest!

Before starting at Aras Promotions in July 2026, I worked in business operations for 15 years. I’m looking forward to bringing my knowledge and creativity to Aras. I take pride in working with a team and finding creative ways to maintain efficiency. I'm excited to be part of this team of impressive women.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends - preferably on a boat (when Wisconsin weather allows) - reading a good book and generally having fun and laughing as much as humanly possible. If I'm not at work, you can find me at sporting events for my young nieces and nephews #superaunt!
Lexy Chatham - Senior Manager of Operations and Sales

After graduating from Madison in 2021, I found myself in the recruiting world. I served as a recruiter until May of 2024, when I applied for the Fox Valley and North Central Wisconsin Market Manager position. I loved working as an ambassador with Aras, and I love working as a market manager even more.
When I’m not working, I’m either crafting, reading, or spending time with my friends and family. I adore fiction books, especially fantasy! I also love to crochet and make earrings (and I do accept requests!)

I started my journey with Aras in August 2017 as a Brand Ambassador, then interned in our office during my last semester of college. In June 2021, I was offered a full-time role as a Market Manager.
Working in a very strong women's environment has made me feel incredibly empowered. We work hard to build each other up and strive for the ultimate goal: to make the customer happy. The spirits industry has its obvious perks, and my bartending background makes exploring liquor products both exciting and enticing.
I am also a yoga and cycling instructor, with a passion for health and wellness. I spend most of my free time in fitness classes with friends or on a patio enjoying a cocktail with my family and Sphynx cats.

I started my journey with Aras in the summer of 2023 as a brand ambassador. Working at any and every event I could, I fell in love with the industry and knew I wanted to stay with Aras long-term. I was given the role of summer marketing intern for the 2024 summer, where I learned so much more about the company and the industry while working on my marketing degree! As my internship ended, I was offered the role of Associate Market Manager. I have big shoes to fill, but I've learned from the ground up from the best team, and I'm excited to see what next year holds!
Outside of Aras, I love baking, crafting, and spending time with family, friends, and my little dog.

I am thrilled to join Aras Promotions as a Midwest Market Manager. After graduating from Edgewood College with a degree in Business Marketing in December 2024, I am excited to bring my product marketing background to this role.
Joining the Aras team has been an incredible opportunity. I feel fortunate to work alongside such an inspiring group of strong, empowered women. The environment at Aras is truly motivating, and I’m excited to contribute to a company that values innovation, creativity, and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I also love taking my dog, Tito (like the Vodka!), on walks. I’m excited to work and grow with Aras Promotions, contributing to both the company’s and the industry's success.

I began my journey with Aras in October 2022 as a Brand Ambassador, traveling across Wisconsin and conducting numerous product demonstrations.
During college and after graduation, I also had the privilege of working for Badger Liquor. I joined as their first-ever Sales and Marketing Intern, where I gained valuable insights by shadowing every department in the company and further refining my skills and understanding of the industry.
Originally from Green Bay and an alum of the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, I’m thrilled to be working in an industry that allows me to engage with the bars and event centers I've frequented over the years.
In my spare time, you can often find me attending a Packers game, enjoying a live concert, or embracing the outdoors through activities like hunting and fishing.

I’m excited to join Aras as a Market Manager! I started in the industry in 2008 as a brand ambassador and have grown in the field ever since, leading multi‑state event programs as both a Market Manager and a Regional Manager. I love watching brands come to life through creative displays and genuine, organic interactions with consumers. I’m big on clear communication, creative problem‑solving, and making sure everyone feels supported and set up for success.
Outside of work, you can usually find me with my family at sporting events, enjoying the weather outside, or binging anything on Bravo.

I joined Aras Promotions in September 2025 as a Market Coordinator and shortly after became the Market Manager for North Carolina and South Carolina. The Aras team is made up of incredible women who are motivating and inspiring, and I am excited to keep growing and collaborating with them.

I’m excited to join Aras as a Market Manager! I have an extensive sales background in agency and marketing, and I’ve grown to love the industry over the years. I began as a Brand Ambassador and promotional model, worked my way up to Lead with Aras, and then became a POS Manager. I love winning people over and using my enthusiasm and passion for brands and sales in this industry. I truly fell in love with the leadership, culture, and care Aras shows its staff.
I’m passionate about building strong teams, developing talent, and creating memorable brand experiences that drive real results. I look forward to leading with energy, integrity, and a hands-on approach while continuing to grow both professionally and personally.
In my free time, I’m a runner and love beauty, makeup, and fashion — I’m always inspired by creativity, discipline, and self-expression in all forms.

I’m excited to be part of the Aras team! I graduated from Carthage College in 2024 with degrees in Public Relations and Communication, where I developed a strong foundation in strategic communication, storytelling, and brand management. With experience in both marketing and on-camera hosting, I bring a dynamic, personable approach to connecting with audiences and representing brands authentically.
I began my career in the tourism industry, which means I’m always ready to share a fun fact or two about Wisconsin. I’m passionate about building meaningful connections, staying on top of current trends, and bringing positive energy to every opportunity. Outside of work, you can find me on the golf course, checking out new restaurants, or planning my next travel adventure.

I bring 8 years of industry experience as a brand ambassador and full-time employee. My dedication led to an opportunity to transition to Associate Market Manager for GA in 2022. In this role, I have effectively leveraged my expertise to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, ultimately enhancing product visibility and contributing to the overall growth of the brands represented.
Outside of work, you can often find me enjoying the outdoors, whether it's riding my motorcycle, kayaking, or RVing with my family. My adventurous spirit and appreciation of balance make me a well-rounded person, both professionally and personally.

I started working for Aras at the beginning of 2025 as a Brand Ambassador, and I loved every minute of it! That experience led me to an incredibly exciting opportunity: transitioning into a Market Coordinator role with the team. I studied marketing at UW-Milwaukee, and I can't wait to bring that mix of strategy and genuine energy into this next chapter of my career. I'm excited to join the Aras Team! I will graduate from Concordia University Wisconsin in May 2026. My background in bartending and managing alcohol vendor relationships has given me hands-on experience building partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering results in fast-paced environments. These experiences naturally led me to my role at Aras, where I will continue to grow my career by combining industry knowledge with a passion for creating impactful brand connections.
