Market Manager
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To build and foster strong customer relationships by coordinating all details of event management and simplifying their jobs.
To build and foster ambassador relationships within your markets to ensure they are knowledgeable brand ambassadors who enjoy representing Aras and our clients.
To build businesses in underdeveloped territories.
To ensure flawless execution of events.
Job Description:
Manage clients for your territory by scheduling and staffing event requests. Build a promotional team in new markets.
Recruiting To Build a Promotional Team
Recruit potential brand ambassadors
Interview candidates
Manage on-boarding process with Aras HR
Schedule shadow events
Follow-up after first events, provide leadership
Staffing Events
Staff all requested events
Assign ambassadors to events on portal
Call/text ambassadors to fill shifts that are still open
Pick and choose dates when requested and respond to clients in a timely fashion
Event Management
Mondays: follow up on issues from the previous weekend
Make sure all events have all the information necessary for an BA to properly execute
Thursday: Weekend Prep emails
Friday: prepare for phone calls for upcoming weekend issues: inventory, calling in sick, etc
Portal Site
Add new events to the portal site (our associate market manager will assist in this)
Attach appropriate tasting sheets/documents
Manage POS for your Markets
Recruit POS managers for growing markets
Coordinate with clients & POS managers for event POS
Ship cups/POS to markets that don't have POS
Bill back clients for shipping charges
Client Relations
Make sure clients have access to portal site
Manage emails from clients and respond to any requests
Attend events that our clients will be attending
Create relationships with store managers
Weekend Tasks
Rotate “On-Call” weekends with other Aras managers from a remote setting
Be available during events to answer phone calls/questions
End of the Month Tasks
Expense report
Update Budget Trackers
Enter Staff Specialists & POS Managers Pay
Ambassador Management
Develop relationships with ambassadors to help ensure quick and easy staffing
Manage emails from ambassadors and respond to any questions or concerns
Provide high/low sales feedback
Job Requirements
Previous brand ambassador or industry experience preferred
1+ Years of recruiting experience
Experience leading onboarding calls
Small-scale project management experience
Weekend/evening availability from a remote setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive
Bachelor's Degree
Previous Management experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills
Conflict Resolution
Time management skills
Ability to work independently and still be a team player
Good at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
On-call availability (approx. 1 weekend every couple of weeks)
Ability to solve problems independently
Salary & Benefits
· $50,000-$60,000 annual salary
· Cell phone reimbursement of $50/month
· $35/hour rate on any events worked

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Human Resources
1099 Contractors: Documentation/Tracking of new brand ambassadors
Forward applicants that come from website to appropriate MM
Own tracking of new hires, training/cards sent etc for total company
Help schedule onboarding calls with MM teams
Onboarding Deck ownership
Add W9s to Dropbox and vendors to QuickBooks
Manage BA feedback surveys 2x a year (Midwest Feb)
Payroll for Brand Ambassadors
Checking Dwolla for funds and give Sara amount to transfer
Payroll reminders
Running payroll
Payroll follow-up
THC Certificate Tracking
Ensuring only Certified BAs work “Functional Beverage” demos
Training materials updated as needed/quiz (by state if needed)
W2/Full-Time Office Employee Management
Employee Benefit help (401k, insurance)- As needed from leadership

Create, outline, and communicate to MM team our BA instructions for app rollout

Job Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in administrative or supervisory roles.
Human Resources and/or Finance background preferred
Quickbooks experience necessary
Essential skills include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Salary, Benefits & Working Environment:
Hours
Full-time role
Office hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Working remotely on Wednesday & Friday
Hours are flexible but you must work between 10-3pm M-F
The remainder of the hours can be done on your schedule
Salary
Salary Range is $50k-$65k, depending on experience
